Shipping cost includes packaging & shipping fee, this  starts at $6 and goes up by weight and sometimes distance. But if you spend $100 or more, shipping is on us (free)!  Once payment has been received, please give up to 24-48 hours to provide a tracking number & have package sent. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority. Generally takes 3-5 days.  

There will be a NO REFUND policy taken at this time. But if your items happen to be damaged during shipping, it is your responsibility to file a claim through the USPS in order to receive a refund.  Thank you for your understanding.

This is  a "No Warrant" policy. This Assignment is made and delivered without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Although that policy has taken place, BeeDazzled by Agnes will give you some tips on how to keep your precious gemstone purchase in good shape.

Crystals are precious and semi-precious gemstones that each have certain beneficial properties. A lot of them are minerals, and each of them have their own molecular compounds and specific vibrations. 

• Crystals that shouldn't be in water: Amber, Sodalite, Kyanite, Selenite, Apatite, Lepidolite, Amber, Rhodonite, Obsidian, Hematite, Chrysocolla, Lapis Lazuli, Opal, Fluorite, Lepidolite, & Larimar. These stones are all a 5 and under on the Mohs scale, making them too brittle to be placed in water. It can make them crack or dissolve.

• The crystals that shouldn’t be exposed to sunlight include:

Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Citrine, Fluorite, Opal, Aquamarine, Smoky Quart, Clear Quartz. These crystals shouldn't be in the sun because it fades their beautiful colors.

• The crystals that require extra care include: Opal, Selenite, Fluorite, Turquoise, Kyanite, Azurite, Celestite, Amber, Any Crystal Point. These crystals are quite soft and are therefore very fragile. They should be handled with care.
